The apartments are repaired, furnished, equipped, supplied with 24 hrs runing cold and hot water. The prices include water, electricity, heating and local phone call (non-mobile) charges. The premises are provided with linen and towels according to the number of the guests.
The payments should be made in AMD or in foreign currency, according to the exchange rate of the day of receiving the service.

How are the premises classified?
The premises are classified according to the quality level and freshness of the repair, furniture and appliances, due to which A is the highest class and C is the lowest. The higher the class is, the fresher and more modern the interior design is, the wider, more comfortable and better equipped with appliances the premises are.
There are also housework services carried out depending on the class category: free of charge housecleaning service and linen, towel provision to A class premises every five days and every ten days to B class premises.
